Sunday at 11 am is probably the best time to come here. They make their best stuff for Sundays. One of my favorites is pot roast. They have always had really good pot roast here which is a real nice change of pace from most other restaurants. The deserts are great if you can remember to save room for it.
I know there have been some bad reviews of this place, but remember, this is a franchise buffet restaurant, it probably isn't going to be 5-star gourmet fare. Honestly, though, I like the place. For $8.50 you can get a good meal at a decent price. Bring an appetite as there is so much to choose from, lots of traditional comfort foods like pot roast and meat loaf, plus steaks, chicken, a few Asian and Mexican dishes, even some regional dishes- as far as I know this is the only buffet in the FM area that serves okra and hush puppies and they were delicious. I've always been satisfied- and while Dave is right, the bathrooms aren't always the cleanest, you can get a good meal at a good price.
